Fun fact 🏆
In just two months, I took the Webwise project from concept to reality, working closely with clients to ensure every aspect of the design met their needs. This involved extensive collaboration and iterative design processes to create a seamless user experience tailored to each individual's internet needs.
About the client 👤
WebWise, an innovative subscription-based website application designed to streamline the process of finding the perfect internet service provider tailored to individual and community needs. With its user-friendly interface, comprehensive database of providers, and smart recommendation engine, WebWise offers users a seamless experience in navigating the complexities of the online world.
Problem❓
Users often find it hard to choose from so many internet providers and plans, which can be confusing. Many have trouble finding a plan that fits their specific needs because most recommendations are too general. Comparing features, prices, and benefits takes a lot of time and can be complicated. Important details are often hidden in fine print or written in technical language that's hard to understand. The search process is inefficient, requiring visits to many different websites, which leads to frustration and a poor experience. Users may also doubt the accuracy of the information they find, making them hesitant to choose a provider. Additionally, poor website design and lack of user-friendly features can make it even harder for some people.
